Every piece is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be bought, which means production begins after you order and typically takes 5 to 8 working days before dispatch.

Yes, as long as production has not started, usually within 24 hours. Write to us and we will sort it out. Once it has shipped, our 30-day return policy takes over.

It depends on the blank. Every product page lists the composition and weight of the specific piece you are looking at, together with its own measured size chart. We would rather tell you what that item is than make a claim about the catalogue.

Cold, inside out, and dry flat in the shade. The print is water-based and settles into the fabric rather than sitting on top of it, so it lasts as long as the garment does. The less you wash it, the longer that is.

Expect very little movement if you wash cold and dry flat. If you are between two sizes, take the larger one; the measurements on each product page are taken on the garment itself.

Thirty days from delivery, for any reason or none. Try a piece on as you would in a shop. We only ask that it comes back in a condition we could reasonably resell. We pay the return postage, and we refund the price along with the standard delivery cost. Write to us and we send you a prepaid label.

The United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. We would rather do a small number of destinations properly than all of them badly, so the list is deliberately short. It will grow.
