1. Who you are buying from

2. What these terms cover
They govern the sale of goods through this store. They do not take away any right the law of your own country gives you as a consumer — where a term below would give you less than that law does, that law applies.
3. How an order works
Product pages are an invitation to buy, not a binding offer. The contract forms when we confirm your order by email.
Before you pay, checkout shows you the goods, the total price, the delivery cost and the address. Nothing is added afterwards.
We may decline an order — if we cannot produce the piece, if a price was manifestly wrong, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If we do, we say so promptly and refund anything already taken.
4. Prices
Prices are in US dollars. Delivery is added at checkout and shown separately before you pay. Customs duties, where they apply, are set by your government and are yours — see the shipping policy.
We do not run seasonal sales. If we ever announce a reduction, it will be against a price we actually charged.
5. Payment
Payment is taken at the time of ordering. We never see or store your full card details.
6. Delivery
Production takes 5 to 8 business days, then delivery. Full terms in the shipping policy. Risk passes to you on delivery.
7. Returns
Thirty days from delivery, for any reason, return postage paid by us. Full terms in the refund policy.
8. Faulty goods
Nothing in these terms excludes the consumer guarantees that apply where you live — the Australian Consumer Law, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, or the implied warranties of US state and Canadian provincial law. Section 2 of the refund policy sets out what to do.
9. Designs and content
The designs, photographs, text and layout of this store are ours or used with permission. Buying a piece buys you the piece — not a licence to reproduce the design on anything else, or to resell it printed on other goods.
You are of course free to photograph and post what you own.
10. Our liability
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded — including the consumer guarantees in section 8.
Otherwise our liability is limited to loss that was foreseeable when you ordered, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
11. Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of Morocco, where we are established. This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live — those apply in full whatever this clause says, and the Australian Consumer Law in particular applies to overseas sellers by its own terms.
12. Complaints
Write to contact@komorebi-goods.com. We answer within two business days, and nearly everything is settled that way.
13. Changes
We may change these terms for future orders. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you ordered, and we keep it with your order confirmation.
14. If part of this is unenforceable
If any clause turns out to be invalid, the rest stands.
