Privacy policy

We collect as little as we can, we do not sell anything about you, and we do not share your data for anyone else's advertising. This page says exactly what we hold, why, and how to make us stop.

What we collect

We never receive your full card number. Payment details go straight to the payment provider.
We do not knowingly collect anything from children.
Who else sees it
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
It is handled by service providers acting on our instructions:
- Shopify, which hosts the store and processes orders
- Payment providers, for taking payment and preventing fraud
- Production and fulfilment partners, who receive the delivery address and the order contents so they can make and send your parcel — nothing else
- Carriers, who receive what they need to deliver
- Email provider, if you have subscribed
We can name the current providers on request. Beyond them, we disclose data only where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
Where it is processed
We operate from Morocco and our providers operate in several countries, including the United States and the European Union. Your data therefore crosses borders. We use providers that offer contractual protections for those transfers.
How long we keep it
- Order and payment records: seven years, for accounting
- Newsletter address: until you unsubscribe
- Messages: two years after the exchange ends
- Technical logs: short-lived
Your choices
Whoever and wherever you are, you can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Write to contact@komorebi-goods.com. We answer within 30 days and there is no charge.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter with the link in any message, or by writing to us.
If you are in California. You may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the purpose, and the categories of third parties we disclose to. You may request deletion or correction. You may opt out of sale or sharing — though we do neither. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
If you are in Canada. We ask for your consent before sending commercial email and you may withdraw it at any time, as required under CASL.
If you are in Australia or New Zealand. You may access and correct what we hold, and complain to us first and then to your national privacy regulator if we do not resolve it.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. There is no agreed standard for how a site should answer one, so we do not respond to it.
We do respond to the Global Privacy Control. Where your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser, and you do not have to ask us separately.
Beyond those signals we ask you directly: nothing beyond what the store needs to function is set unless you accept it in the cookie banner.
Cookies
The banner asks before anything non-essential is set, and refusing is as easy as accepting. You can change your mind at any time through the same banner.
Strictly necessary items are set without asking, because the store cannot work without them: your session, your basket, and your saved choice of inches or centimetres on the size guide. None of them track you.
If you accept analytics or advertising cookies, third parties may collect information about your browsing on this site over time.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will say so on this page and update the effective date at the top.
